These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pk11 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses this website or related services ("User", "you").

3.3 Account Deactivation

If you wish to stop using the service, you may request account closure via live chat or by contacting [email protected]. Any existing balance at the time of closure will be returned following the standard withdrawal process.

4.1 Deposit Methods

pk11 currently accepts deposits via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made
• Withdrawals will be suspended if any active investigation is ongoing on the account
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn

4.3 Currency

All transactions on pk11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on pk11 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — see the offers page for details
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, pk11 may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings
• If the deposited amount is withdrawn after accepting a bonus but before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or IP address

5.4 VIP Program

pk11's VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on your gaming activity. Each tier comes with special benefits and exclusive offers.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games available on pk11 are operated according to the rules and algorithms of the respective game providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, pk11 may void that round and the stake involved will be returned to the user's account. However, pk11 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues.

6.3 Sports Betting

The markets and odds available in the sports betting section may change from time to time. If an event is cancelled or postponed, pk11 will settle bets in accordance with standard rules. Betting opportunities are available across various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk11:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts without permission
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users
• Falsely presenting yourself as a pk11 employee or representative
• Creating or using multiple accounts under the same identity
• Placing low-risk, risk-free bets solely for the purpose of obtaining bonuses (bonus abuse)

• Any loss resulting from a user's own negligence or from sharing account details with others
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances
• Not receiving the expected financial gains from gaming
